The Community Basket is a special initiative from Trio Mart to support talented local artisans, bakers, and crafters in our community. We’re proud to provide a platform where they can showcase and sell their unique handmade and homemade products directly to you.

Important Information:

Independent Sellers: All products in this section are created and sold by independent community members, not by Trio Mart. Each product listing shows the seller’s name and unique Seller ID.

Quality & Compliance: While we carefully review all sellers, the sellers are solely responsible for their products’ quality, safety, and compliance with UK laws. Trio Mart facilitates the marketplace but does not manufacture or directly control these products.

⚠️ Allergen Warning (Food Products): Products containing food may contain or have come into contact with common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, and other ingredients. Always check product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact the seller directly before purchasing. Trio Mart cannot guarantee allergen-free environments for community-made products.

Delivery: Delivery arrangements are made by individual sellers. Delivery times and methods may vary. You’ll receive specific delivery information with your order confirmation.

Returns: You have a 14-day right to cancel for non-perishable items under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Perishable food items and personalized products may be exempt. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Your Data: When you purchase from a Community Seller, we share your delivery details (name, address, phone, email) with the seller for order fulfillment only. Sellers must handle your data in accordance with UK GDPR and delete it within 30 days of delivery. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
