3.3 How Community Basket Works
Payment Process:
- You pay Trio Mart (not the seller directly)
- Trio Mart processes your payment securely
- Trio Mart pays the seller after successful delivery
Delivery Process:
- Trio Mart shares necessary delivery information (name, address, contact number) with the seller
- The seller arranges delivery directly to you
- Delivery times are managed by the individual seller
Returns and Refunds:
- Contact Trio Mart first (not the seller directly)
- Trio Mart coordinates the return/refund process with the seller
- The seller handles the return under Trio Mart’s supervision
- Trio Mart ensures you receive your refund through our payment system
3.4 Seller Responsibilities and Trio Mart’s Role

- Timely delivery arrangements

Trio Mart’s Role:

- Process all payments securely
